I'm Chris, a composer and sound designer from Belfast, Northern Ireland.

After graduating from Queens University of Belfast with a BA in Music and Audio Production, I released some music under the name Malus as well as in a band called Minor Inconvenience, with the latter achieving over 18,000 plays on Spotify.

I have also contributed to several indie game projects:

SAMIZDAT by Cago Gameworks (2025) is a stealth game that puts the player in the shoes of a journalist exposing the misdeeds of an oppressive regime with some pretty fun photography mechanics.

 

I created a number of dark/moody orchestral tracks for ambient exploration, tense chases and narrative revelations.

​

Recyclamation by Threeclipse (2025) is a sci-fi job simulator inspired by Papers Please involving a narrative that unfolds as each shift progresses. 

​

I acted as the Audio Lead for this project, developing the sonic identity of the game. I created numerous sound effects for futuristic tools, machinery, UI and menus. I also composed several tracks Industrial/Electronic tracks to add to the atmosphere of the project as well as ramp up tension during gameplay.
